Although group sessions have a whole range of great benefits, they’re not necessarily the best fit for everyone, all the time. We all have different requirements - and sometimes what we would really benefit from is focused, personal attention from a teacher in a private lesson.
Private tuition with me offers you the time and space to learn at your own pace. Sessions are built entirely around YOU – your body, your needs, your yoga. This is yoga as it was meant to be taught – one to one, individual attention, passed down directly from teacher to student.

If you are new to yoga, private tuition is a great way to begin your yoga journey, giving you the opportunity to learn the basics in your own time, at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll build a really solid foundation and understanding, which will enable you to attend group classes, if and when you feel ready, with confidence.
If you’re a busy bee and can’t find the time to get to a class, private tuition gives you the opportunity to fit your practice in around your schedule. You’ll get focused time and attention from me to help you achieve your goals, and you’re making a critical investment in yourself so that you can be at your best. We’ll work together to get the most out of your limited time so that you can get the maximum benefits from your practice.
If you’re working with a particular injury or condition, I can help you with modifications for poses so that you can work with, not against your body. And where possible, we’ll look for ways to have your practice work for you and alleviate any existing conditions.
