RESILIENT: Inner and Outer Strength for Yoga and Life
In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, an essential skill is learning to develop and strengthen our inner and outer resilience.
In this workshop, we will explore a series of practices to help us tap into our inner resources and develop the outer strength we need to navigate life’s challenges with grace and ease. We’ll move through a strong, dynamic asana practice, breathwork and meditation to strengthen our physical bodies, balance our minds and connect with our inner wisdom.
We’ll also explore the concept of resilience and how it relates to our practice, including an understanding of what yoga philosophy has to teach us about strength and resilience.
