Life presents us with many challenges. In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, an essential skill is learning to develop and strengthen our inner and outer resilience. Yoga has much to offer us in this area, with many powerful tools and practices to help us strengthen our nervous systems and become more resilient.

In this workshop, we will explore a series of practices to help us tap into our inner resources and develop the outer strength we need to navigate life’s challenges with grace and ease. We’ll move through a strong, dynamic asana practice (including some powerful kriyas), as well as breathwork and meditation to strengthen our physical bodies, balance our minds and connect with our inner wisdom.

We’ll also explore the concept of resilience and how it relates to our practice, including an understanding of what yoga philosophy has to teach us about strength and resilience. We’ll look at why being able to bounce back from adversity is so important and learn how to develop a sense of inner strength that can sustain us through life's ups and downs. 

This workshop will help you deepen your practice and discover new ways to cultivate resilience both on and off the mat. Join us and discover the power of inner and outer strength in your yoga practice - and your life.

In this two-hour workshop, you will:

  • Practice a dynamic asana sequence to strengthen your physical body and develop greater flexibility, strength and endurance

  • Explore breathwork techniques to help you cultivate greater focus, calm, and resilience in your yoga practice and your life

  • Learn meditation techniques to help you connect with your inner wisdom, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop a more mindful approach to life

  • Discover the power of resilience and how it can help you bounce back from adversity and develop a greater sense of inner strength and confidence
