Live a healthier, happier, more purpose-led life with Yoga and Ayurveda
The modern world is fast… too fast.
For most of my adult life, I’ve been dedicated to finding ways to exist in the world without burning out or falling victim to the never-ending cycles of stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
I have always been a seeker, searching for deeper meaning.
My journey first brought me to Yoga. My practice spans some 14 years now, and I’ve been teaching since 2016. I then discovered Ayurveda, as a way to create habits and routines that allow us to live more in alignment with our natural rhythms.
In 2020, I was introduced to Human Design, a system that allows us to better understand ourselves and the person we were meant to be, right here, right now.
My life’s work is to share what I’ve learned with people like you.
Perhaps you’re a seeker, like me, who feels a yearning for something deeper. Or perhaps you simply want to feel better, healthier, happier and more alive again.
I believe you’re here for a reason. Let’s take the next step together.
Yoga offers us a way of existing in the world, a way of understanding life and our true nature that helps us to navigate through the challenges of our times.
I teach women (and some men, too!) traditional yoga – not just the postures, but kriya, mudra, mantra, pranayama and most importantly, the philosophy.
If you are ready to discover the magic of yoga and develop your own spiritual practice, I invite you to join me…
There’s a few ways to learn with me currently - come to one of my weekly group classes in Southend on Sea, book in on of my workshops throughout the year or sign up for a round of private 1-2-1 sessions.

In modern yoga especially, we can get quite pose-orientated in our practice (try searching #posegoals on Instagram, for example).
We might be working towards a particular pose or action (touching your toes, anyone?!) – and whilst there isn’t anything wrong with this, what you will learn the more that you practice is this…

This month in class, we’re working with ‘Dhyana’. Dhyana is the 7th limb of Patanjali’s eight-step yoga system, and is described in the Yoga Sutras as ‘the continuous flow of consciousness towards one object’.
What Patanjali is really describing here is a state of meditation, or total absorption, in the present moment.
