A reminder for you: YOU GET TO CHOOSE.

It is so easy to feel that we’re not in control of the situations around us and that life is just happening to us.
 
At the very least, we are in control of our thoughts, words and actions. Start there.
 
Don’t let life pass you by. You get to choose how you want to feel, how you want your day to flow, how you want your year to play out. 
 
Often, it is our fears, doubts and anxieties that are holding us back.

So, choose to live with intention.
 
This can really be as simple as sitting down with your morning cuppa or on the commute to work and thinking to yourself how you wish your day to go. How would you like it to feel?

Keep checking back in with yourself as the day goes on. How can you shift your thoughts, words, actions back on track to help you feel more in alignment?
