If you’re into yoga and wellbeing, chances are that you’ve heard of Ayurveda. It’s the ancient science of life, of health and wellness, and feeling vibrantly alive. It’s very, very closely aligned with yoga philosophy and I absolutely fell in love with it when I came across it some years ago.
I loved it for the straight-forward wisdom, the simple tools and practices that anyone can do, and the focus on doing what works for you, and your unique design.
I saw how this information completely cut through all the ‘wellness’ noise and felt called to share it with my community. So, in 2020, I qualified as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.
We need Ayurveda more than ever right now
We live in the information age. We have access to more information about how to take care of ourselves than ever before. And yet, we are more confused, more overwhelmed and more exhausted than we have ever been.
Autoimmune conditions are on the rise. Stress, anxiety and depression are all on the rise, too. Most of us exist in a realm of feeling exhausted, sick and tired as our normal.
Ayurveda brings us back to balance. It is the antidote to our busy, stressed out lifestyle.
Ayurveda teaches us that we are all uniquely different. We are all beautifully designed with our own unique combination of the five elements (known as the doshas in Ayurveda). Which means that we need to take care of ourselves in a way that reflects that. Not copying someone else’s ‘tried and true’ method.
TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF DOESN’T NEED TO BE COMPLICATED
For years, I struggled in a cycle of ‘stop and start’ of various complicated health regimes. Each time, I fell off, beat myself up for being such a failure and moved on, looking for the next ‘holy grail’. When I was diagnosed with ADHD (a very ‘vata’ dominant condition) in 2021, I returned to Ayurveda and looked for ways it could help me.
Finally, I connected the dots and understood why I was struggling, and realised that instead of trying to do ‘all’ the things, I actually needed to slow down, to prioritise rest, and to do things that will help to ground me and bring me back to balance.
The beauty of Ayurveda is in its simplicity.
It is all about moving us back towards natural rhythms, back towards trusting our own intuition and finding ways to move back towards balance. In ways that are simple and easy to implement - and that don’t add to the intense overwhelm that most of us are feeling almost every day.

If you have been looking to go back to basics, to feel happier and healthier in a way that doesn’t require you to completely overhaul your life, then Ayurveda is for you.
I’m offering a limited number of spaces to work with me privately as your wellness coach.
I will listen to whatever challenges you have been experiencing and look for patterns according to the Ayurvedic philosophy, so that I can make recommendations tailor-made to you. You will learn about yourself and your own unique design (called your ‘constitution’ in Ayurveda), and you will learn simple habits and ways to bring yourself back into balance.

AYURVEDIC WELLNESS SESSIONS
A 90-minute consultation with me, in-person or on Zoom. You’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire beforehand so that we can make the most of our time together.
During your session, I will deeply listen to you and hold space for you to share. We’ll talk about all aspects of your life and explore your health and wellbeing from all angles.
You’ll leave with a few simple (yet effective!) wellness recommendations to begin to put into practice, and a sheet walking you through your unique constitution and the general themes to think about to help you.
INVESTMENT: £65 per session
(45-minute follow-up sessions are available for £45.00 thereafter)
RECOMMENDED OPTION:
AYURVEDIC TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE
Health and wellness is built on a series of habits, stacked together over time. With my transformation package, we’ll work together over 2-3 months to help you begin to create change.
You’ll receive a 90-minute consultation as standard, and then 4 x 45-minute follow-up calls, spaced at around 2 - 3 weeks. This is time for you to talk openly and honestly about how things are going, and for me to support you.
You’ll also have access to my client ‘Office Hours’ - a time each week for you to ask me any questions live over WhatsApp that arise during your programme.
INVESTMENT: £250 per package - either paid in full or via 2 x payments of £125.00.
My practice is open for sessions on Monday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Friday daytime and occasional Saturday mornings.
After booking, you will receive a link to my booking calendar to book in your session(s) and a link to your pre-consultation questionnaire form. This may take up to 48 hours to arrive initially - please email yoga@letlaurenhelp.com if you have not received it within this timeframe.
